Attorney Roderick Todd McIver earned his Juris Doctorate from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina; one of the finest Law Programs in the nation. He has worked for more than two decades as an advocate for the people. He believes that it is the trial attorney’s duty to serve as the voice of those whose own voices are too often drowned out by the blaring and often unfair din of mega-insurance carriers and big businesses.
Attorney McIver has argued and won before the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the North Carolina Supreme Court. Attorney McIver founded the North Carolina Jury View magazine in 2009, to share his experiences and to help other attorneys to raise their game and become better advocates for their own clients. His experience, coupled with his inherent desire to help others, make plaintiffs attorney Roderick Todd McIver the perfect choice when choosing a personal injury attorney to represent you.
